TagTreeItem error in beta

Right-clicking on a blank area in the Tag Browser returns this error:

It happens whether or not the experimental keyboard focus option is enabled.

Note that 'tags' is in both Categories not to partition and Categories with hierarchical items.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
