E-book viewer: the "Create a new bookmark" shortcut only works after removing and recreating

Bug Description
1. Open the Quick Start Guide that comes with Calibre in E-book viewer.
2. Press the default "Create a new bookmark" shortcut, Alt+Ctrl+b. Nothing happens.
3. Open Preferences (Ctrl+,) select "Keyboard shortcuts", select "Create a new bookmark".
4. Remove the Alt+Ctrl+b shortcut.
5. Click on "+ Add a new shortcut" and press Alt+Ctrl+b in the combination input field. The shortcut is recreated. Note that this time it's specified as Alt+Ctrl+B, i.e. with a capital "B".
6. Click "OK", then press Esc twice to return to the book view.
7. Press Alt+Ctrl+b again, "Add bookma..." dialogue pops up, as expected.
Calibre version: 5.3,
OS: Windows 10 Home 1803.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
