Add an option in header/footer to know how many pages are left in current chapter.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.

Calibre viewer is showing +1 page than actually have in every chapter.

Ex: If a chapter has 8 pages it shows 1/9, 3/9... when it was suppose to show 1/8, 3/8...
