Bug Description
Calibre 5.0.1 (x64), Windows 10 Home (build 2004).
Using an older version due to various plugin incompatibilities, so if it's fixed in 5.1.0 ignore this.
When the toolbar is enabled in ebook-viewer, right-clicking on it (to customize it) has the right-click menu appear in the upper left corner of the screen instead of wherever the ebook-viewer window is. See screenshot.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
