Bug Description
Text changes made in editor for book 1, such as text deletion in "c01.html".
Without saving those changes, paste "images/logo.html" copied from another editor instance of book 2.
I've tried pasting other files from another instance such as a stylesheet.css. The results are consistent.
After paste, editor of book 1 reverts to before paste. (ie. deleted text magically reappears)
Calibre version: 4.19 (64bit)

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
