Bug Description

Hello!

I am bringing to your attention that Calibre has some accessibility issues. I recently sent Calibre to a friend because they needed to remove DRM for them to use it with the e-reader software she uses for reading, QRead (https://q-continuum.net/qread/). My friend relies on a screen reader like NVDA to use her computer and reported that Calibre was not screen reader friendly and she was unable to use it. Let me know if there is any way I can assist in resolving this issue.

Sadly accessibility is in the province of Qt the toolkit calibre uses,
there's not much I can do about it.
