Calibre didn't save the author Sorting

Since a short time I've the problem, that calibre didn't save the changes in the author sorting I made.
If I'm going in the authors administration and make my changes everything seems allright. But after closing, the changes weren't saved.
(e.g. I sort by last name, but the name has a prefix that is find behind the forename. So I corrected it in die administration, that the prefix is before the lastname, I safe it, but the prefix is still behind the forename :()
