Please make it possible to remove item from books or edit item for books by using a context menu by right clicking on the item in the "item" panel to the left of the Quickview.

I will not add editing to QV. However, I will add double-clicking on an item searching for that item in the tag browser. That plus the existing shift-double-click on a book in QV to open edit metadata gets you most of the way there.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.

It would be better if double-clicking would search for the item in the main library. Could you also add search by double-clicking for the columns in the QV?

I don't agree. If you want to rename a tag then this is the only efficient way to get there. If you want to seach for a tag in the booklist, click the tag then click Search. Or double-click the tag then click the tag in the tag browser.

Double-click already has meaning. Depending on the option in Preferences it either selects the book in the booklist or chooses the items from that book to display in the QV left panel. To get what you want, click on the column in the book then click Search.

No, because that requires QV to know the state of the library view and how it got to that state.

Why not simply erase the search in the library view? That is a single click.
