[Enhancement] Tag Manager Edit Enhancements

I'm often consolidating similar tags into one tag, so in the Tag Manager, when you edit a tag title/name it would be wonderful if it would have a dropdown with autocomplete functionality based on existing tags, like it does when you Edit/Bulk Edit Metadata.

Moreover, it would be great if you could bulk edit many tags - if multiple are selected and you click the edit button, all the selected tags will change to the entered text.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.

I added completion boxes when editing in the tag browser, edit authors, and the category editors (tags, publisher, etc).

The "bulk edit" request requires more work than I want to do.
