Epub to PDF conversion splits lines over page breaks

Bug Description

When converting some epubs to PDF, lines get broken over the page break (i.e. the top part of the text on the line is on one page, the bottom part is on the next page).

The attached test epub and pdf demonstrate this issue when compiled with the following:

    ebook-convert 2020-02-11_test.epub 2020-02-11_test.pdf --paper-size a5 --minimum-line-height=131

I know this is artificially setting the line height to create this issue, but this was just the easiest way to demonstrate it; it definitely exists in real PDFs (e.g. the downstream report of this at https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T244825).

I've tried changing margin-bottom and pdf-page-margin-bottom, and CSS properties break-inside and page-break-inside but nothing works.

Works for me, see attached. Are you using an up to date version of calibre?

I wasn't the latest version! Sorry for the noise.

Everything is fine with 4.10.1.
