Bug Description

I have been experimenting with the auto scrolling option. Something strange happens when I am using auto scrolling and the changes from Flow mode to Paged mode. At first there is no problem but after reading a few pages I am suddenly jumped to another position in the book.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
