Bug Description
It would be very helpful if files were able to be opened in external editors when making or editing e-books.
Although I can copy the whole page and paste it to my external editor, it could be much easier if I could open it in my external editor by right clicking it and clicking the 'open in external editor' option.
Adding 'Open in external editor' as an option off the initial right-click menu like what Sigil does would be very helpful.

There already is. Right click and choose Export file. Then do whatever
you life with it, and re-import when done.
