Add Exit full screen option in Content server controls

Bug Description

Please add an option to exit full screen in the controls for the Content server viewer, there is now only an option to enter full screen.

The full screen action both enters and exits fullscreen. The tooltip for
it is simply wrong and should read Toggle full screen. There is no
reliable way to tell if a browser is in fullscreen or not, so it has to
be a toggle action.

That action is not available in full screen mode but available in normal screen mode when I am using the viewer on the Content server. Please make it possible to toggle full screen mode when in full screen mode.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
