Driver for Bookeen Diva HD

Calibre 4.4 doesn't support the Bookeen Diva HD. Here are the required data:

Unfortunately Calibre was not able to find out the IDs, the output of the corresponding tool remains empty. I have determined and tested the data via USBDeview from nirsoft. The attachment contains the settings of the user defined driver.
