Bug Description
Encountered the following exception in ebook viewer after starting to view an EPUB:
calibre, version 4.2.0
ERROR: Unhandled error: Uncaught IndexSizeError: Failed to execute 'setStart' on 'Range': The offset 37 is larger than the node's length (34).<br><span style="

Error: Failed to execute 'setStart' on 'Range': The offset 37 is larger than the node's length (34).
After several times killing and restarting the viewer the exception did no longer occur.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
