Bug Description
Calibre 4.1 on Windows 10
Page layout default, viewer sized to show two columns. When ToC is opened, page view changes to one column. When ToC is closed, the book position is not the same as it was before ToC was opened.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
