Bug Description
Calibre 4.1 on Windows 10
The scrollbar always show when the viewer is opened, even if it is disabled in the settings. If it is disabled in the settings and any setting is changed, the scrollbar is not visible when settings are closed to get back to book view. But, when the viewer is closed and reopened, the scrollbar is back.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
