Conversions from ODT format failing

I use .odt format in my calibre library as the source to convert to azw3 for my Kindles. This has worked well for years. Since I upgraded to calibre 4.0, it fails. I've also tried converting the files into .epub format, but that fails too, so it seems that the issue is in the odt parser.

Version: calibre 4.0 [64bit] on Windows 10.
