Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1) (if you don't have any custom recipes) add custom news source recipe and save
2) open custom news source source panel
3) select recipe and click "Remove this recipe"
The application will crash (i'm on macOS, running calibre 3.46 on mojave 10.14.5).
