Restore pre conversion originals very slow

Bug Description

The method that Calibre uses to restore pre conversion originals i.e to remove .epub or .azw3 files and rename .original_* files to replace them is VERY slow if you need to do it in bulk.

Certainly this is MUCH slower than e.g. removing existing file types for the same number of files.

I suspect that this is due to the method that Calibre uses as it seems to be creating a temporary directory for each file, moving files and then deleting them - rather than simply deleting and renaming.

Obviously this is not a high priority, but if it could be looked at at some point that would be good.

I think this is because it wants to send them to the recycle bin and avoid having the recycle bin have the ability to restore to the original directory.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
