Bug Description
E-book editor search and replace provides picklists of previously used values. Unfortunately it trims leading and trailing spaces when saving values to this picklist. Also it won't save single-character values. Please fix it.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
