Bug Description
When I try to convert any file to .docx format, the option "basic font size" does not work properly.
For example I put in 13.5 pt but I got 15 pt instead, or I put in 11.5 pt but I got 9.5 pt instead, and so on.
Calibre 3.44 (64 bit)
Windows 7 Pro 64 bit
