Bug Description
Convert ALL --> TXT text plain with UTF-8 encoding, missing character "Â" - one char in Vietnamese language and only UPCASE missing but lowcase not missing.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
