get books/store/google won't let me log into my google account

operating system: macOS Mojave v. 10.14.2

I bought a book on google books. added google as a store to my calibre stores (from list). try to open it.

first, it asks for demail. when I type in email the address appear to be below the prompt in the box.

next, the "next" button doesn't make anything happen.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
