[enhancement] editor, insert hyperlink add <sup> option

Dear Calibre,

I have a suggestion regarding the editor.

I often use "insert hyperlink"for endnotes in an epub.

There's a very lovely feature in "insert hyperlink" with the option to add text (The optional text for the link), which is very helpful. However, I nearly always use e.g. "³". It would be wonderful to have an option 'sup' next to the text field. I woudn't have to manual add the sup tags afterwards. If you are considering this, please also considering calibre remembers this setting.

I'm not sure if the sup tags are used for endnotes very much in English. However, in Dutch they are used very much.
