Bug Description
Windows 7 Ultimate, x64. Calibre 3.34, 64-bit version.
When 'enable system tray icon' is enabled and Calibre is restarted through the interface (e.g. following the installation of plugins, or simply using the 'restart' button), the icon isn't removed from the system tray/notification area until hovered over with the cursor (similar to when other applications when forcibly closed via task manager), leading to duplicated icons. See screenshot for example.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
