Bug Description

Calibre is updated to latest version 3.33.1
PC is running Vista
Kindle is latest paperwhite, 10th Generation.
The device is recognised by the PC but is not acknowledged by Calibre.

The same here for linux on Cal. 3.29 from PPA. Device connects 100% with file transfer but Calibre doesn't see a thing.
