Output options for PDF, can't save font sizes (Linux).

Bug Description
No matter what sizes you choose (at Preferences -> Output options -> PDF output), for Default and Monospace font size, every time Calibre starts, it returns them to 20 and 16 respectively.
Calibre v.3.32 at Devuan ASCII x64 KDE.

I cannot replicate on my linux system, steps I tried:
1) Start calibre
2) Go to Preferences->Output options->PDF Output
3) Change value to 21 and 17px
4) Click apply and close dialog
5) Restart calibre
6) Go to Preferences->Output options->PDF Output
7) values are 21 and 17, as expected.
Check that you dont have permissions issues in your calibre config
folder and make sure you are clicking apply after making your changes.
