scrolling via touchscreen on windows 10 broken

Bug Description

My calibre version is 3.32(64 bit) on windows 10.

My problem is that scrolling via touchscreen is way to sensitive, it is basically unusable. My suggestion would be to use native touchscrolling via windows.

Scrolling what? And calibre is a cross platform application, there is no
way it can use platform native scrolling.
