Bug Description
Currently, the content server allows uploading new covers but not removing existing covers or generating default covers.
Would like to request an option to remove the existing cover or generate a default cover to the content server.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
