[enhancement] author alternate spellings

This has been reported as a bug before, but I think I might have a new and simpler twist on a solution.

When importing books from multiple sources, the authors' names are frequently spelled differently. After importing, I can go in and fix the spelling to match the other books in the library, or worse, not notice it until later and then use manage authors to merge the alternate spellings. In both cases, importing more books from that author will result in needing to fix this again.

I'd like to have a way to have a list of alternate spellings for an author, with one designated canonical spelling, so that when books are imported, the author is automatically fixed so it matches the canonical spelling.
