Reject Remaining Metadata confirms but on cancel does not return to/remain on review dialog

Bug Description
On the review of downloaded metadata dialog if click Reject Remaining Metadata (in my case accidentally) it goes to a confirmation screen with OK and Cancel buttons. If I click Cancel the review dialog disappears so the 200 books' metadata that I downloaded disappears with it.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
