Ebook viewer problem

While viewing ebooks with TOC enabled and with two page layout, the left most area just before the first page has letters and parts of words creeping in from the pages before.

This gets worse as we progress in a chapter. But gets corrected again at the beginning of a new chapter. Also this is not seen if I remove the sidebar/TOC.

This is windows 7, calibre 3.23. Same wtih last few releases.
This is happening in multiple books but not all.

I cannot reproduce with that book. Have you changed any other viewer settings from the defaults?

Nothing that I remember, except may be font settings. I will check again
with defaults.

Just to make sure, did you check the specific chapters mentioned in the
attachment description?

Yes, I did.

The viewer is being re-written for calibre 4 ins any case. So I am closing this bug report. If the problem persists witht he new viewer, feel free to update.
