Merg Books window pops up when I click on a book

Bug Description
When scanning through books and I click from one book to another one (first click) the Merge books confirmation window pops up wanting to merge meta data, Formats, and delete merged books. It does not do it every time, but it does do it a lot.
When I click on the ? on the top it goes no where
Just started right after I upgraded to the latest version (3.26)
I am running on Windows 10
