cbr to pdf GUI conversion throws an error

Bug Description

When trying to convert a cbr or cbz file directly from the Viewer, we get the following error:

calibre-parallel.exe: error: no such option: --disable-font-rescaling

The cbr/cbz file obviously contains no fonts to rescale, so in case the error message is correct, the input parameter --disable-font-rescaling shouldn't be supplied anyway.

calibre Version 3.24.2, running under Windows 10 64 bits.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
