Menue icons - show text if there is enough room

Hello Kovid,

 As discussed. There seems to be plenty of space on the right w/o the need to skip the description below the icons so early (in my case ca. a quarter of the usable display width). If you look to the attached picture (two screenshots in monitor screen width) , when I resize the width of the window from the right to the left a little bit the complete 2 line description will be switch of without any need to do this because of the available space and I will see only the icons.
This behavior is not the case if I disable the use of two lines. The switch will only happen if there is really no space to show icon and description.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
