Bug Description

Hi

Calibre 3.24
Archlinux 64 bits

https://www19.zippyshare.com/v/AuJAs0vX/file.html

The above zip contains one source image. The image is displayed in its own file in the middle of a book. The code used in the html page can either be a svg wrapper or another method (with 88% relative width). It yields exactly the same results.

The code used for these two techniques has been published on this MR thread
https://www.mobileread.com/forums/showthread.php?t=297247
at messages #3 and #7

The first screenshot of this page shows what we get using Calibre ePub-to-PDF conversion.

The second screenshot shows what we get using with Prince PDF with the same kinds of svg or html code above. The difference is that it displays the image without document margins (like for the cover image).

The wish is to be able to display all full-page images of this kind without documents margins like it's done for the cover image.
