add hyphenation to ePub-to-PDF conversion

I did try hyphenate this on the ePub before converting. However the resulting PDF does not have any hyphenation.

note: On this book there is also a problem regarding two-lines dropcaps which are not displayed as expected. You'll find them at the beginning of chapters.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
