Bug Description
Version 3.23
Noticed on Windows, but also present on Linux.
Having deleted a couple of TOC entries I spent a moderate amount of time adding a numeric prefix to 80 entries. On the 81st rename, I accidentally overwrote the entry text.
On pressing Undo, rather than reverting the last rename it removed all the renaming and undid the last entry deleted.
Now I'm aware of this, I notice that if you only do a rename, the undo button isn't enabled, but I think either renames should be captured by the undo process, a redo option should be added or at the very least a warning be issued if changes that aren't covered by undo have been made since the last action supported by undo.
