Bug Description
when a ebook have many chapter(more than 4000),ebook-convert report error "Failed to generate MOBI index " when I try to convert it to mobi use the option "--mobi-file-type new --output-profile kindle".
I run it on a linux vps which don't have plenty of memory,so I add enough swapspace to the operatoring system,and the version of the software is 3.19(latest version by now)
I attach a example epub which have enought chapter to trigger this bug

That's a limitation of the MOBI format, it cannot handle very large
numbers of entries in its index, I dont remember the exact limit off the
top of my head, but it is in the thousands.
