Hello,
Thank you for Calibre. I am using windows 7, Calibre 3.17. Yes I know it's not the latest but I usually upgrade once a month or so.
I have an idea concerning the reports in the editor. Currently the characters "subwindow" of reports in the editor show all counts of characters, even those literally from the tag themselves. e.g. ("</p>") Since I use the editor mainly for editing epubs for correcting mistakes, this is not handy. I usually double on the character which I believe is wrong. (e.g. "/"), it would much more handy to exclude those from the tag themselves. It would be a timesaver.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
