Bug Description

when attempting to download metadata, whether through the ISBN only, or the title only, an error message occurs that states to use fewer options. I checked the details (below) and it appears the Amazon plugin fails. This occurs 98% of the time. I have even unloaded calibre, deleted all its leftover files, etc from disc and registry, rebooted and reinstalled. It will work the first time and then fail after that (maybe coincidence that it even worked). If I add "Google" as one of the sources to the metadata download it then works but the results from Google are bad (incorrect info, no formatting, etc).

After trying one last thing before sending you this bug, it started working. I had change the server option under Amazon from Choose Server Automatically to Amazon Servers

 calibre, version 3.17.0
