Calibre crashes when renaming Tags

Bug Description
Similar problem as error 802912, however we use a Mac (software is up to date, and using latest version of Calibre), error is still occuring as of now 9th Feb 2018

I dont see how it could possibly be the same as 802912, that code no longer exists. Post an actual error message or a crash report, or some actual useful information. At the moment, all I can say is that renaming tags works fine on my macOS machine.
