Bug Description
Currently it requires two taps to enter fullscreen mode again when I resume reading
1) Tap to call Control Area
2) Tap Fullscreen button
If the control area is visible first/or a fullscreen button is floating at the bottom when I resume reading, it would save one tap a time, and by time, it would save uncountable taps. Of course it would be best to have the fullscreen mode active automatically.
The second issue is that when I resume reading, Browser Viewer never starts at the last reading page, often one or two pages before (the non-fullscreen size is the problem? I'm not sure). Then it would take some more taps to actually "resume reading".
All these are in Chrome for Android.

browsers dont allow apps to enter fulls creen automatically. And I'm
afraid I'm not interested in adding a floating full screen button, one
then has to add a way to hide it for people that dont want to read in
fullscreen.
As for the page not being exact, that is an unavoidable side effect,
basically at different sizes, the "page" is different, the viewer tries
so while switching between sizes, such as when full-screening, it is
impossible to preserve page position exactly.
