Can't start Content Server after Clear Logs

Bug Description
1) Go to Preferences / Content Server
2) Stop Content Server
3) Show server logs ==> Clear Logs
4) Start Content Server ==> ERROR (readonly message)
Calibre must be rebooted for Content Server to restart.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
