Bug Description

Dear Calibre,

I have an idea regarding adding a new HTML page into an Epub using the editor.

Usually there is already a css file present in the epub. When you add a new html page Calibre doesn't ask which css file you would like to use, nor does it automatically add an css link in the html page. It would very handy if an acceptable solution could be implemented. I think asking which css file you like to use is the most acceptable. Perhaps, also add an opt-out for this, in the add file dialog which a checkbox: "Choose css file". That way, everybody is content.

Thank you for considering this.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
