Bug Description
Converting the attached ePUB to DOCX results in an XML error when attempting to open the DOCX file.
The XML error is "Unspecified error Location: 2"
Thus, the file cannot be opened.
Calibre 3.10 (Mac)
Word 15.39 (But the same error persists in other version of MS Word).

As far as I can see, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the
generated docx file. I'm guessing word simply does not like tables with
too many columns. Delete/redesign the table at the end of LNTG_19.xhtml
and you should be fine.
