request in remote client server

Calibre 3.9
Windows 7 (as a sever) and another windows 7 as client

I'm working on the remote access of the server, using Firefox version 56.0

The button for conector "OR" used in request with multiple fields doesn't work and write a connector "AND" in the text of the request. So the result of the request is "AND" and not "OR"...
It's always possible to overwrite the word "AND" by "OR" directly in the request between tags and it works perfectly, but it's not so efficient.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
