Preserve Aspect Ration Stretches Image

Setting "Preserve the aspect ratio of the image inserted as cover" for DOCX output does not preserve the aspect ratio but rather stretches it in the other direction.
See attached EPUB. After converting to DOCX, the image is stretched vertically.

I also think it would be better to keep the aspect ratio by default for everyone. Why would anyone want to insert a distorted cover image?

For reference, I am using "Letter" size for the output.

Kovid, thank you for taking a look.
However, the image is still stretched/squished.

Look closely at the cover and compare it to the original. The image is squished. Notice that the magnifying glass is no longer a circle.

I have tried this with multiple books and the result is the same.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
