Bug Description
Converting a book using calibre 3.8 from EPUB to EPUB with "Use cover from source file" selected in the "Metadata" tab can result in the cover page having an incorrect stylesheet reference.
A sample EPUB is attached. Steps to demonstrate the problem:
1. Import Meditations.epub
2. Edit Book, Run check - shows no errors.
3. Convert from EPUB to EPUB with "Use cover from source file" selected.
4. Edit Book, Run check - shows error: The linked resource 'stylesheet.css' does not exist

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every alternate Friday.
